Cait’s Review:

Pretty standard chick flick. Some good chuckles. Pretty cute story line. Honestly, while I enjoyed this movie, I think the fact that it has an INCREDIBLE cast is really what makes the movie as good as it is. Decent story line, decent humor, pretty much average in everything else, but just FANTASTIC acting. Definitely worth watching. Not one of my favorites, but cute!

Cait’s gives it: B-

Joe’s Synopsis:

“A sociopathic parasite convinces everyone that he’s a good guy.”

Joe’s Review:
This is and has been a solid “background noise” movie. The jokes worth laughing at are in the middle, but you don’t have to pay attention because there’s only like 3 of them. The jabs at the movie industry are toothless and ineffectual, and the chemistry is so synthetic you can taste the aspartame. John Cusack’s lesser-known sister is in this. I swear, some day I’m going to have to learn her name. Honestly, this movie is fine, a bit bland, but it’s got something resembling heart, and as I said, it’s good for background noise.

Joe Gives it: 2/5 (D+) (rev: legit review)
